400 g of powder to 180ml milk and 180ml heavy cream
Bring milk and cream to boil. Remove pan from heat source and blend required amount of powder into liquid while stirring constantly with a whisk. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 - 3 minutes while stirring. Pour into bowls and chill in refrigerator (5°C) for at least 3 hours. Garnish and serve.
